Members of the Governing Body will be taking part in a tour of the Topeka Performing Arts Center facilities. No City business or action will be taken during this event.
There will be a small reception to thank outgoing Council members Tony Emerson and Hannah Naeger for their contributions to Topeka, prior to the Governing Body meeting.
